How A Declutter Session Works A declutter session usually lasts from 10am to 4pm. Step 1 - Friendly Chat On The Phone
The first thing to do is have a friendly, informal chat with you on the phone to see how many declutter drips you have. Clutter is a subtle but deadly energy leak! Each time you look at your clutter a bit of your energy is leaked away forever. Each day that you live in a cluttered environment you feel a little bit more tired. Soon you are exhausted and wonder why. Ever heard of the CHINESE DRIP TORTURE? The drip torture was one of the most effective methods the Chinese had for making an enemy talk. They would strap their enemy down and every 10 seconds a drip of water would land in the middle of their forehead. It wouldn't take more than a few hours to drive the person crazy. How can a litte drip of water be so stressful? Simple. There is no rest from it. It's consistent. The mind can never rest. Peace of mind is always being disturbed by the drip. Most people let go of things they have held on to in the past. We encourage recycling, as far as possible - items can be donated to charity shops, friends and family or you may be able to sell them at car boot sales, through local newspapers, or on the internet.
